CMDB Aims To Be Single Source of Truth

A recent article by Software Magazine lists the ProcessWorx CMDB as a software as an option for managing the IT configuration management process.

As IT organizations attempt to improve coordination and collaboration between technology domains and business users, relationships between people, operational processes and underlying software becoming increasingly important to accurately depict the current state of the IT infrastructure, processes and end user services.
